NASA Solutions for Enterprise-Wide Procurement (SEWP), pronounced “soup,” provides Information Technology, Communication, and Audio-Visual (ITC/AV) solutions and services for federal agencies and their approved contractors. Established in 1993, SEWP was the first Government-Wide Acquisition Contract (GWAC) in the federal acquisition space. The program has continually evolved to meet federal technology needs and provides acquisition support through its established ordering process.

Ordering Process – Each federal agency follows its own procedures for Purchase Requests (PRs) and Delivery Orders (DOs). Typically, the end user identifies the requirement and submits a PR to the agency’s procurement office, which issues the DO. The NASA SEWP Program Management Office (PMO) reviews, processes, and tracks the issued order and forwards it to the contract holder. The SEWP PMO does not issue Delivery Orders.
